Return Policy

Need to return something?

We understand some things just don't work out and are happy to help! As long as the item still has tags attached, is unworn, unwashed, free from any odors, animal hair and/or make up your item may be returned for shop credit within 7 days of delivery. Any item that does not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Swimwear MUST have original plastic panty liner/garment protector attached to be accepted for a return. It can not be taken off and reattached.  If the return does not meet this requirement we will ship back at your cost or donate. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Please email CS@BuzzyBeeBoutique.com to initiate a return once you have read this entire return policy. Please do not ship back items unless we have authorized the return. Facebook messages about returns will not be answered. You MUST email us at CS@BuzzyBeeBoutique.com  

Once your item has been approved for a return you must have that item in the mail and post marked within 3 days. 

All items that are discounted 20% or more from the original price are FINAL SALE. This means NO exchanges or returns. ALL items on the sale rack are final sale items. 

DISCOUNTED JUDY BLUES(excludes text & email sign up codes) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR SHOP CREDIT. THESE ARE FINAL SALE. 

Items that are NOT eligible for a return are free items, Warmies, candy, bath & body,  accessories, bags, scarves, leggings, biker shorts, bralettes, cami and jewelry for hygiene reasons. These are all final sale items.

Any shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items shipping cost will be deducted from your shop credit. 

Damaged/defective items- If you receive a damaged or defective item please take a picture with your phone and give a description of the damage. within 3 days of receiving the item. The item MUST have tags still attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. Email pictures to Sarah@BuzzyBeeBoutique.com

Once your return has been delivered back to us please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Please keep your tracking # you receive from the post office to track your package. If your package has been delivered for more than 14 days and you have not received a email with shop credit please reach out to us. 

We reserve the right to refuse future services from any customer found abusing the return policy.

Returning more than 3 items within a 30 day period will result in a 20% restocking fee taken directly from the store credit, billed or taken from the exchangeable price. All returns within this 30 window will not be eligible for a cash refund.
For instance, if you return 3 items between Jan 1 - Jan 7th any item for the next 30 days starting on the day of your 3rd return you will be charged a 20% restock fee. 

ANY ITEM THAT DOES NOT FIT OUR POLICY AND IS SENT BACK WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN. IT WILL BE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES BACK. OTHERWISE THE ITEM WILL BE DONATED AFTER 14 DAYS.

IF YOU SEND BACK A ITEM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO RETRIEVE THE PACKAGE VIA USPS INTERCEPTION AND RE ROUTE THE PACKAGE TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.  https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. 

WE DO NOT REFUND FOR DISCOUNT CODES NOT APPLIED DURING CHECKOUT. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO APPLY ANY DISCOUNT CODE DURING CHECKOUT.
